What Attendees Are Saying…

“Very inspiring and a challenge to always be your best”…”Team Elmer’s is an Extraordinary Company”…”Excellent speaker with on-point and engaging presentation”…”Well done and worth my time!”…”Go Team Elmer’s!”

Thanks again to Tonya Wildfong who hit one out of the park with her customer service presentation on “How to Create Raving Fans” at our April 8 Leadership Lunch Club event.

Tonya, Marketing and Communications Director for Elmer’s, treated audience members to an inside look at how Elmer’s lives out many of their best practices from the way they recognize and value staff to how they create and support a culture where employees routinely go the extra mile for their customers.  Maybe the best way of summarizing the principles Tonya shared is in the following advice she gave to participants:

“Earn your success based on service to others rather than at the expense of others – that’s how you create ‘raving fans.'”
